Our Yamazaki 山崎川 Damascus Steel Collection by Shimeru Knife Series is forged from ultra-premium, high-carbon, Japanese multi-layer Damascus teel with a beautiful ebony resin, reinforced handle.
The Yamazaki Collection features premium individually forged Damascus kitchen knives made of 67-layer Japanese Damascus Steel with a HRC Rating of 62 for unparalleled hardiness and performance.
33-layers of Damascus on each side surround the Japanese VG10 Steel Core. Built to last and retain sharpness so that you will never need another set of knives again. The knives boast a 15° edge for superior cutting, as compared to a typical 20-25° edge found in most Western knives. You WILL feel the difference from the very first cut.
The handle is waterproof, antibacterial, heat resistant, and non-slip; it confers a firm yet comfortable grip to make your cutting, dicing, slicing, chopping as effortless as possible.
