The Kitakami 北上川 Damascus Pattern Series Knives by Shimeru. Our eye-catching, unique handle designs are made from ergonomic green marble effect resin, which is chemically stabilised. Highly impervious to heat, cold and moisture with military-grade strength and life-long durability.

High-Carbon Steel, which was once the metal of choice of Japanese swordsmiths, has been exploding in popularity due to its added hardiness and sharpness, to such a degree that high-carbon steel has become the premier choice of many professional chefs.
