Warm water and mild soap after each use. Never put your knife in the dishwasher — the harsh detergents and jostling will damage the edge and handle.

Towel dry immediately. Don't leave it wet or in the sink — even stainless steel can develop spots if left damp.

Use a knife block, magnetic strip, or blade guard. Never toss it loose in a drawer — it dulls the edge and is a safety hazard.

Had a cheap Chinese cleaver before this and its night and day. This one feels balanced and the blade is properly sharp. Been cooking more since I got it haha. Really happy.
Perfect for my kitchen. I do a lot of stir fries and chopping veg and this knife is ideal. The weight is good, not too heavy, and the handle is comfortable for long sessions. Came wrapped nicely too.

Brilliant cleaver. Used it for everything from slicing beef to dicing onions and it just glides through. The stainless steel seems good quality and it holds an edge well after a couple months use.
